01 Find
We search beyond online marketplaces and pre-qualify factories on capacity, export experience and certificates.
We visit the factory, check its business licence, production lines and quality system, and send you a photo report.
We compare quotes on the same specification and negotiate price, payment terms and lead time for you.
02 Control
We collect samples, manage changes with the factory and send approved golden samples to you.
We track the schedule on site and report progress, so delays surface early, not at the shipping date.
Pre-production, during-production and pre-shipment inspection to AQL, plus container loading supervision.
03 Deliver
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and other paperwork prepared for your import market.
Sea, air and rail booking. Orders from several factories can be consolidated into one container.
If goods arrive damaged or out of spec, we take the claim to the factory and follow it through.

Why Vietnam
Vietnam is one of the main manufacturing bases in Asia, and the first place we look. When the best supplier for your product is elsewhere in the region, we source there and apply the same checks.
Main ports
Free trade agreements such as EVFTA, UKVFTA, CPTPP and RCEP can reduce or remove duties, if the goods meet the rules of origin and carry the right certificate.
Many buyers add Vietnam alongside an existing supplier country to spread risk and keep production running.
Deep-water ports at Hai Phong in the north and Cai Mep–Thi Vai in the south have direct services to Europe and North America.
Furniture, textiles, footwear, electronics and steel all have mature export supply chains in Vietnam.

It depends on the product and the factory. We show you each supplier's MOQ at the shortlist stage, and we can combine small orders from several factories into one container.
Factories sign a non-disclosure, non-use and non-circumvention (NNN) agreement before we share your drawings or samples.
In a sourcing project you pay the factory directly, usually a deposit with the order and the balance after inspection. In full-service purchasing you pay VICTOR Supply Chain and we pay the factories.
Yes. We plan the visits, travel with you and translate on site.
We ship worldwide by sea, air and rail, and prepare documents to match the import rules of your country.
We quote a fixed fee or a percentage of order value once we understand your product and volume. The fee is agreed in writing before any work starts.
