Frequently asked

Do we contract with the factory or with you?

Usually you buy directly from the factory, so you keep the supplier relationship and the price transparency. We work for you, under a service agreement. Other set-ups are possible and agreed in the proposal.

Can you source outside Vietnam?

Yes. Vietnam is our base and the first place we look, but when the best supplier is elsewhere in Asia we source there and apply the same checks.

What minimum order do you work with?

It depends on the product and the factory. Tell us your volumes in the brief and we say honestly whether we can source it well at that size.
