Most delays happen where one company hands cargo to the next. We keep the whole chain on one order file, so the factory, the trucker, the broker and the carrier all work to the same plan.

  1. Factory pickup

    Pickup booked against the factory's ready date, with packing checked before loading.

  2. Consolidation and inspection

    Goods from several suppliers are received, counted, inspected if required and loaded under supervision.

  3. Export customs and C/O

    Export declaration and the certificate of origin your market needs for reduced duty.

  4. Main carriage

    Sea, air, road or rail, booked on the service that fits your deadline and budget.

  5. Import and delivery

    On DAP or DDP terms we arrange import clearance and final delivery through partners at destination.

How a freight quote works

From cargo details to proof of delivery

  1. Send the cargo details

    Origin, destination, goods, weight and volume, delivery terms and ready date.

  2. Get routing options

    Within one working day: options with transit time, cost and the documents you will need.

  3. Book and pick up

    We confirm space, issue the shipping instructions and collect from the factory.

  4. Track and document

    Milestones and copies of the bill of lading, invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.

  5. Deliver

    Arrival notice, import clearance on DAP or DDP terms, and proof of delivery.

FAQ

Logistics questions

Can I use your logistics service without the sourcing service?

Yes. Many buyers already have suppliers in Vietnam or Asia and only need freight, customs and documents. Choose "Logistics only" in the form below.

Do you own ships, trucks or warehouses?

No. We book with selected carriers, licensed customs brokers and warehouses, and we take responsibility for coordinating them. That lets us pick the right service for each shipment instead of filling our own assets.

Which Incoterms do you work with?

EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP and DDP. If you are unsure, tell us where you want to take over the goods and we will suggest the terms.

Can you prepare the certificate of origin for a free trade agreement?

Yes, when the goods meet the rules of origin. We check the rules for your HS code before shipping, so you do not lose the reduced duty at import.

Can you ship small orders?

Yes. LCL and multi-vendor consolidation let small orders share a container, and air freight covers urgent samples and parts.
