Control quality and timing
Production follow-up: know where your order really is
"On schedule" by email often means not started. We check material arrival, production start, first-piece quality and daily output at the factory, and tell you early when the ship date is at risk, while there is still time to act.
- Best for
- Buyers with tight launch dates or new suppliers
- Typical timeline
- Visits weekly or at agreed milestones
- You receive
- Milestone reports with photos and a ship-date forecast
The challenge
Why delays come as a surprise
- 01
Optimistic updates
Sales staff report what you want to hear; the production floor tells a different story.
- 02
Late materials
Raw materials and components arrive late, and the whole schedule moves without notice.
- 03
Quality drift
First pieces are fine; by the middle of the run tooling wears and checks get skipped.

Questions
Frequently asked
How often do you visit?
It depends on the order: weekly for most, at key milestones for simple products, more often for critical launches. We agree the plan in the proposal.
What happens if production is late?
We tell you immediately, with the cause and options: overtime, partial shipments, a second line or an air-freight split. You decide.
Is this the same as inspection?
No. Follow-up tracks progress and catches problems early; inspection is the formal check against AQL before shipment. Most clients combine both.
