Control quality and timing
Quality inspection: check the goods before you pay the balance
Our inspectors check your goods at the factory against the approved sample, specification and AQL level you choose, and supervise loading. You get the report the same day and decide whether the goods ship.
- Best for
- Every buyer paying a balance before goods leave the factory
- Typical timeline
- Book 3–5 working days ahead, report the same day
- You receive
- Inspection report with photos, measurements and a pass/fail result
The challenge
Why problems reach your warehouse
- 01
Paying before checking
Once the balance is paid and goods are at sea, your leverage to fix defects is gone.
- 02
Factory self-inspection
The factory's own QC checks against its own standard, not yours.
- 03
Damage at loading
Poor packing and careless loading damage good products on the way.

Questions
Frequently asked
Which AQL level should we use?
General inspection level II with AQL 2.5 for major and 4.0 for minor defects is a common starting point; critical defects are usually set at zero. We help you choose based on the product and your customers.
What happens if the goods fail?
You decide: rework and re-inspection, a discount, or holding the shipment. Re-inspection after rework is usually charged to the factory if agreed in the contract.
Can you inspect at a supplier you found yourself?
Yes. Inspection is available as a single service for any supplier in Vietnam and the main sourcing countries in Asia.
